Return Policy – byOumich

At byOumich, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a 14-day return period, giving you enough time to decide whether your order fully meets your expectations.

Return period

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unworn and unwashed

  • be in its original condition

  • be free from perfume, make-up or signs of use

  • be returned in its original packaging, where possible

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items that have clearly been worn or used.

Return shipping costs

The cost of returning an order is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend sending your return using a tracked shipping service. byOumich is not responsible for return parcels that are lost in transit.

Exchanges

Would you like a different colour or another style?

The quickest way to do this is to:

  1. place a new order for the item you would like, and

  2. return the unwanted item in accordance with our return procedure.

This allows your new hijab to be reserved immediately and reduces the risk of it selling out.

Refunds

Once the returned items have been received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 business days using the same payment method that was used to place the order.

The original shipping costs for the order will not be refunded, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged item.

Damaged or incorrect items

Have you received a damaged item or the wrong product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@oumich.com.

We will, of course, provide an appropriate solution.

  • the item you wish to return

  • the reason for the return, if you wish to provide one
