Shipping policy

Most of our products ship for free unless otherwise stated on the checkout page.

Shipping your product is our highest priority and every day we ship hundreds of products to satisfied customers around the world. Since the majority of our warehouses are located internationally, our shipping and processing times may vary and therefore we cannot offer next day delivery.

Processing Time: Once we receive your payment, we immediately forward your order to our suppliers for verification, adjustments, quality control and packaging. This may take an additional 1-4 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes to ship the items from our warehouse to the destination. This usually takes 10-15 days, although actual shipping time may vary.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can find your product directly on our website at any time (link to tracking page). Please note that although most of our shipping companies offer a tracking service, we cannot guarantee this in all cases.
